Ofsted Registered Nursery
Parent Partnership
During initial inductions, parents are required to remain on the premises. The room leader will introduce you to staff within the room and throughout the nursery. You will be guided through the nursery to see in full what we have to offer. During inductions there will be additional consent forms for completion along with sharing of information regarding your child's interests and routines.
Room leaders will explain our daily routines and answer any questions you may have. Our induction pack and parent guide to the EYFS will be given to every parent.
We recognise that a child will not learn or play confidently if they are anxious or unhappy. Caring staff will support your child in their separation from you.
Nursery Staff are here to help you as well as support your child. We value a strong working parent partnership.

Parent App
Playdays has joined Blossom Educational to deliver our new parent App - this will enable staff to update parents daily with pictures and comments for wow moments, settling in and so much more.

SEN
Special Education Needs
Playdays will promote the welfare and interests of the child whilst supporting them and their family to the best of our ability. Our aim is that the child will reach their full potential within the nursery with staff supporting transitions into school. Our trained SENCO will liaise with parents and other professionals involved in individual care.
Playdays aims to ensure that every child within the setting has the best possible start, setting strong foundations for their future learning years.
